Greek capital letter delta

Capital delta, the universal shorthand for change or difference: Δx, ΔT, “the delta between releases”. Also the Laplace operator in some traditions. Distinguish it from ∆ (increment, U+2206) — many fonts draw them identically, but the Greek letter is the conventional choice in scientific prose and is what Greek keyboards produce.
