White bullet

An open ring-shaped bullet, the conventional marker for second-level nested list items beneath solid • bullets — a hierarchy used by Word, Google Docs, and most outliners. It is smaller than the white circle ○ and sized to sit on a text line like a bullet should. At very small sizes the thin ring can fill in or vanish, so avoid it below about 11px.
