Wave dash
The CJK wavy dash, standard in Japanese text for ranges (10時〜18時) and trailing-off effects. It is a full-width character distinct from the ASCII tilde ~ and the fullwidth tilde ～ (U+FF5E) — a notorious encoding pitfall, since Windows historically mapped Shift-JIS input to the fullwidth tilde instead.
