Swung dash

A long, gentle tilde-like curve used in dictionaries to stand in for the headword and typographically as a soft, informal divider. It is wider and sits lower than the ASCII tilde ~, and is distinct from the tilde operator ∼ used in math. Font support is good but not universal on older systems.
