White circle

An outlined circle, the empty counterpart to ●. It marks unselected states in step indicators, radio-button mockups, and empty slots in progress dots. The stroke is thin in most fonts, so at very small sizes it can look broken; the filled ● keeps better presence. Not to be confused with the emoji-prone hollow red circle ⭕ (U+2B55).
