Single left-pointing angle quotation mark

Opens a quotation nested inside guillemets in French and Swiss typography: « Il a dit ‹ oui ›. » Also used as a compact back-navigation symbol in interfaces. Do not substitute the less-than sign (<), which is a math operator with a sharper angle that sits differently on the line.
