Right-pointing double angle quotation mark

Closes quotations in French, Spanish, Russian, and other languages, and points inward as the opening mark in German and Danish usage (»so«). Also pressed into service as a forward or skip symbol in interface design. Distinct from two greater-than signs (>>) and the single guillemet (›).
