Fraction slash

Builds arbitrary fractions: digits set around it (as in 3⁄16) trigger proper fraction rendering in fonts that support it, unlike the ordinary solidus (/). Reach for it when no precomposed character such as ½ exists. It is a typographic device, not a division operator or a file-path separator.
