Box drawings double horizontal

Double-line horizontal, the emphatic sibling of ─ (U+2500). MS-DOS interfaces used double borders for top-level window frames, and the style still reads as heavier hierarchy in CLI output. Note that joining double and single lines requires the dedicated hybrid junction characters (U+2552–U+256C), not the plain tees.
